I own full size Kimber and full size Sig pistols and both have been super reliable. Soon I am buying a micro compact for concealed carry. For my personal preference on this particular purchase I am only considering hammer fired, not striker fired pistols. Here's my reasons why: -Better size...seems much smaller and lighter. -Much better trigger. -Fits and feels better in the hand. -Depending on model, the Micro may have better sights.

I have four of those design now. That large pinky extension is decent for shooting but obtrusive for daily CC. The Sig or Kimber 7 rds are much better designed for CC. Also, CCDN runs $19.99 specials on the Colt 7 rd Mustang mag from time to time. I grabbed three for about the retail price of one Sig 7 rd mag.
