I am looking at used 16 ga LeFever Nitro Special (serial #179xxx) and it looks pretty good for an early 1920s gun. A few years ago, I bought a Syracuse Lefever butt stock at a gun show and tried it on a small XX frame from a G grade 16 ga. gun. It fit as perfectly as one could expect from a factory made stock.
