What i recommend you do before doing any content review is suspend all cards. Once you began a chapter (let's say endocrine) then go into browse and if you have a deck that's sorted by coffin that makes it super easy just unsuspend that chapter. if not, search up endocrine, the hormones you study, etc in the search bar.

I got 132 on all of the content sections (132/130/132/132 on 3/31/2017), and I wouldn't have been able to do it without Anki and this subreddit.
