When I was ready to go in for my appointment, I tried to close the window. It would run up an inch or do, pause, then go back to the full open position. This repeated several times. Using the passenger side switch to reset it, just put it half way up and stop, then pull all the way up and hold the switch until it stops. Then push it all the way down and hold until it stops.
