I just went back to the foundry and Toobin is now hostile towards me. However, the Gondians are supposed to run to safety after you open their cells (I have seen this happen on Youtube successfully) but for me in my save, they do not attempt to flee. They stay in their cells every single turn despite opening every single cell and freeing all who are restrained. They simply are bugged and refuse to move at all.

I am curious, it seems like every quest relating to the steel watch and the gondians breaks, the quest where you have to find the submersible softlocks for instance. I am curious if there are more quests that break.
