Nov 14, 2015 · Hello, I recently purchased the shop manual for my 2008 cobalt I am attempting to replace my air inlet valve actuator. The very fist instruction says to "Remove the fuse labelled HVAC CTRL (BATT)." I have located my fuse box behind the trim panel on the passenger side. The diagram on the inside of that panel looks like the one in the image below. You can either run without DRL or replace the underhood fuse block. You could always get one from a salvage yard. I left the 4 fuses in while removing the DRL fuse and the lights went out. Sounds like a scrap yard will be on the list of calls today.
