Multi-Hit is a sandbox option: Character > Weapon Multi-hit. Aim outline is a game setting: Options > Cursor > Aim Outline > "Any Weapon". If you play Apocalypse, Multi-Hit is disabled by default. Knowing how to adjust your position among the zombies makes possible to fight 6~8 zombies at the same time if you are using blades, spears or axes.
