I have also just been scam'd by Asurion. No Phone number no email no way to contact them. They have just taken a $2800 phone that I could sell second hand for $1100 privately and gave me $225. They are criminals and should be held accountable. hiding behind no-reply emails and phone numbers that are not connected.
