The dealer tells me that this is normal, but I don't know what normal is with this car because the AC has been messed up off and on for quite some time.

I have found that on the A/C relay there is around 3.3-3.4 volts on the ground (relay coil side) that is coming from the ecm to the fusebox. I even tested and found the same voltage directly at the wiring harness plugged into the ecm (X2-44). I figured, maybe a bad ecm. Replaced that and still showing 3.3 volts.
