Kenshi has a complicated health system, which will often mean you bleed out on your first playthrough. Losing is ok and expected. 1.Prosthetics fit a hiver very well too so try to get your limbs removed as safe as possible. First run around with the armor on to gain some athletics, strength and use stealth while in towns. Get acces to the thieves guild asap, train lockpicking and assasination.
