Regarding your edit: I think Crossblooded is a waste on a Lich. You get very good damage spells as a Lich that aren't subject to SR, a save, or any immunity. Crossblooded is for elemental damage users. As Lich you're better off taking something with the Arcane bloodline and abusing the earlier access to high DC spells.There's Lich with merged spellbook and can go character level like around 30 with lich spells uncapped at like 20d6 like regular arcane spells are.
