Posted June 1, 2017 (edited) a great spot for this is the tyl regor boss fight. he spawns a few of em every third of the fight (to quote the wiki: at least 4 manics with one being a bombard, amount increases with additional players). another good way to find em, is long grineer survivals. when you hear the freaky laugh, theres a manic coming.
